Since November 2016, Gabitel Ingenieros has become part of the Energy Service Supplier Listing.
An energy service supplier is any natural or legal person who provides energy services or applies other efficiency measures to improve energy efficiency at the facilities or commercial space for a final client, in accordance to current regulation.
In Spain, this activity is regulated by Royal Decree 56/2016 dated February 12th, transposing Directive 2012/27/UE, relative to energy efficiency, which applies to energy audits, service supplier and energy auditor accreditation and promotion of energy delivery efficiency.
Through this action Gabitel has consolidated its commitment with the environment and its efforts to achieve greater energy efficiency.
