It is the first European standard that allows the implementation, auditing and certification of an ethical and socially responsible management system. The SGE 21 allows Gabitel to approach Corporate Social Responsibility in an integral way, involving the different areas and coordinating the resources and actions to be developed. It allows, on the one hand, to order and value the different internal initiatives implemented and, on the other hand, to establish a roadmap to improve CSR performance.
