Altran & Gabitel New Alliance

After more than 7 years of collaboration in the deployment of optical fibre for different operators, no agreement has been reached on the renewal of the contract with Ezentis. So at the beginning of August the last orders have been received from them.

In parallel with this process, Orange has carried out a new call for tenders according to which some of Ezentis’ activities, namely part of its PMO, have been awarded to the company Altran, founded in France in 1982 and European leader in high technology and innovation.

Thanks to our good references in the fibre optic sector, and the excellent work done in the deployment of Orange, at the end of July talks began between Altran and Gabitel to start a process of collaboration, in particular on the project of quality inspections of the designs of the fibre distribution network, as well as asking for bids for several other activities.

The negotiations between Gabitel and Altran have come to a successful conclusion, and we have been collaborating on the aforementioned project since 10 August. We trust that there will be good harmony and that thanks to our experience, we will be able to extend the services offered in the coming months with this new client.
