He holds a Telecom Engineering Degree from the University of Seville. In the 2002-2005 he worked as associate professor at the Escuela Politécnica de Huelva. He taught electrical engineering to students of the Technical Industrial Engineering degree. Meanwhile, he has taught classes for the Master of Environmental Science at the University of Huelva and he has given several training talks to professional association members.
Between the years 2001 and 2005, he was the manager of Gabinete Técnico de Telecomunicaciones (GTT). This company was centered mainly in projects related to the construction sector as well as Telecom projects (Radio electric Measurements and Certifications, Remote Control, etc). His commitment to work quality and his strict compliance with deadlines brought clients back with different types of requests. This increased the need to hire engineers in a variety of fields and widened the fields of work to electrical installations, climatization, acoustics, sanitation and supply, opening licenses, among other services.
The growing business opportunities and the increase in the number of employees of GTT made it necessary to turn it into a limited liability partnership with the name GABITEL INGENIEROS, where Gonzalo Leandro continues working as manager.
RODRIGO DELGADO DÍEZ

He holds a Telecom Engineering Degree from the University of Seville and an Executive MBA from the Escuela de Organización Industrial EOI. He began his professional experience at ISOTROL as a software development engineer. In the year 1999 he began working at ENDITEL (currently ERICSSON NETWORK SERVICES). He worked as Project Manager in the Telecom Area, participating in projects such as the SUPERCABLE Fiber Optics Network deployment, engineering and work supervision for the ENDESA corporate network, annual certification campaigns for ORANGE mobile phone stations, among others.
In April, 2004, he was named Area Manager for the Southern Zone at ENDESA ENGINEERING. This company is mainly responsible for turnkey execution of high voltage electrical lines, electric substations, wind farm, solar plants and natural gas distribution networks. His functions included financial control of projects, negotiation with clients and suppliers, writing contracts, reviewing offers, human and technical resource management, project launch and promotion.
In September, 2006 he partnered with GABITEL INGENIEROS and since then he holds the position of director.
